• The Four Bin Feeder is made from heavy duty structure and Mild Steel Plates with easy maintenance.
• The Pug mill unit is lined with Ni-hard (Nickle Hard ) replaceable tiles at inside wall and Side Plate to ensure minimum wearing of Pug Mill which results longer life of the Pug mill.
• Mixing Paddle arms and tips are also of heavy duty to achieve homogeneous mix, minimal wear & tear, which leads to Economical Operational Cost and Maintenance of the plant
• The Pug mill unit is well designed to take overload up to 15% in continuous operation without affecting the operation of Plant and quality of mix
• Because of Proper Design, The Plant runs on low power requirement, which results good saving in consumption of diesel in D.G Set.
